Overview

The Human Anatomy & Physiology Class was an educational Program with Stephen Borecky, PhD, Biology Professor and Director of Carlow/UPMC Perfusion Technology Program. It was an interactive class observing the human anatomy and internal systems of cadavers at Carlow University.

I learned how to take blood and to recognize different conditions based on the various sounds made while the heart was beating.  After mentoring with medical students,  Dr. Borecky took us to the cadaver lab where we observed the muscular system of the human body.
